Service Key Points

• A copy of the selected design code will be installed on your domain and hosting.
• A list of features as per package will be integrated into your e-commerce store.
• You are advised to download a safe copy of the backup files from your hosting for any future reference.
• You should provide web content like images, a list of categories and other text content for the home page setup. It should be provided within 7 days from the day of installation.
• You are advised to check store functionality properly and If you find any error or bug, notify us immediately.
• You must follow our guidelines (Dos and Don’ts) available at the support page.
• TAT: Basic Installation: 3-4 working hours and Home page setup: 2-4 days

Domain & Hosting

• Domain registration/renewal and availing hosting services are subject to fullfilling respective service provider terms.
• Hosting is a limited resource and being a shared server, we donot suggest any other development work which is not directly related to ecommerce project delivered to you. If we found such foreign works/script/malacious contents, your account might be get blocked permanantly. Further to this, you need to buy a separate hosting space for your website and need to transfer all source codes from existing server to new server. It should be done immediately.
• If you failed to renew hosting by next year, you will loose all source code along with it. You should download a backup before it expired.

After sales support

After sales support is available via whatsapp chat, phone call, email and remote support via google meet or anydesk during our working time.

• Free support: You get one year free support on design and features as per your package. Support refers answering technical know how kind queries related to working of your admin panel.It does not cover request for features upgradation and/or design improvement.
• Paid support: All requests for features upgradation and/or design improvement or other services confirmed by our team will attract charges.
• Support denied: In order to get free support in all respect, you are required not to alter any source code at server side willingly or unwillingly. Our team may deny supporting if core file/s are modified at its place and/or getting countered by external script and/or has been removed from server.

Liability

JREcommerce.com is not liable for any data loss caused by the system. We strongly advice to have a seperate copy of all your files/backups stored on webspace.

• Zero day backup: We used to generate a zero day backup zip file and database sql file at root of your hosting. We strongly suggest you to download a safe copy.
• More backup/s: You should always keep a backup after you updated any technical file/s or mysql database.
• You should also keep renewing your domain and hosting on yearly basis. All technical files and database are located at your server/host only. We never store such files or database at our end.

No Refund Policy

Since web site development and web based services are purely based on man hours of technical people working, which donot allow us to entertain any refund policy after realisation of the payment. Without any exception we have a No Refund and No cancellation policy.

Recommendation

For this reason, we strongly recommend that before making payment, our Clients:

• Should read all information about terms and condition very carefully.
• Discuss and be clear about what to be done with our executive.
• Should evaluate the quality of our development from design works, no claims will be entertained after placing the order and receiving the payment at our end. Where we all always stand by our clients to satisfy them to the maximum possible limit.
• Should carefully evaluate our designs to ensure they meet the exact specifications you are looking for.
• We insist we should have only one person coordinating from clients end to ensure faster service & support and avoid communication delay.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We at JREcommerce.com, take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone. Website visitors who signup for occasional alerts/offers at our landing page, may recieve few emails and sms for the purpose. If you dont want to recieve such emails and/or sms, you may contact us to remove it from our list.
