3. Payment Terms

• 100% advance payment is required before starting any project.
• Work begins only after payment confirmation.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are strictly non-refundable.

Since our services involve digital work, setup, and time investment, no refund will be provided under any circumstances once payment is made, including change of mind, delay due to client response, or project discontinuation.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms for service delivery.

• Hosting providers
• Payment gateways
• Shipping providers
• Google Play (for Android app publishing)

We are not responsible for downtime, account suspension, rejection, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms.

6. Android App Conversion

• Apps are generally WebView-based versions of the website.
• App approval depends on the policies of the app store (Google Play, etc.).
• Developer account fees must be paid directly by the client to the platform.
• We provide technical files (APK/AAB) only. The app must be published from the client’s own Google Play Developer account.
• Google Play accepts apps that meet the latest Android requirements. If the app version becomes outdated, publishing may show an error.
• In such cases, the app may need to be rebuilt according to the latest Google Play updates.
• Google Play provides a step-by-step publishing wizard to help upload and publish the AAB file.
• We are not responsible for app rejection due to platform policy violations, content issues, or future platform rule changes.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide correct and complete business information.
• Sell only legal products/services.
• Ensure compliance with Indian laws.
• Keep login credentials secure.

JR Ecommerce is not responsible for any legal or compliance-related issues arising from the client’s business.

8. Ownership

• After full payment, the website belongs to the client.
• Premium themes/plugins remain subject to original license terms.
• We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing.
